Drop .txt or .prn files in your network share. The portal picks them up on login, parses every field, and deletes the source file after a successful import.
Silent PDF generation
PDFs are built in the background using jsPDF and written directly to your archive folder — no print dialogs, no browser download popups.
Multi-page voucher merge
Vouchers spanning multiple pages are automatically grouped and merged into a single PDF with correct page ordering and numbering.
Persistent folder memory
Import and archive folders are remembered via IndexedDB. On next login, access is restored silently — no re-selecting, no confirmation dialogs.
Analytics & reporting
Monthly breakdowns, status distribution charts, and CSV export give your team full visibility into voucher throughput and processing history.

01 — Import
File lands in import folder
FileMaker drops a .txt export to your network share. The portal scans for .txt and .prn files automatically on login.
02 — Parse
Auto-parse & merge
Every voucher field is extracted. Multi-page records are grouped by voucher number and merged into the active set.
03 — Render
PS1583 PDF rendered
Each voucher is rendered on a letter-page PS1583 template with your agency logo, signer name, title, and signature.
04 — Save
Saved to archive folder
The finished PDF is written directly to your archive network share. Status updates to Completed. Source file deleted.
